This sweaty treadmill workout is so named because the speed and incline  both continue to build until reaching a climax,   and then slowly coming back down–only to be repeated (if you choose!)

The intervals in this boredom-fighting workout follow an increasingly challenging pattern that includes a 1-min, 0.5mph speed decrease (<–step back) followed by a 1-min, 1.0mph speed increase (<–forward attack) pattern.
